My passion, playing, singing with my friends My passion, playing, singing with my friends My passion, playing, singing with my friends My passion, playing, singing with my friends My passion, playing, singing with my friends

I was born in Connecticut. My dad was in the Army so we left Conneticut, went to Texas and Italy. Wound up in Tacoma Washington in 1963. My passion, playing with my friends

Mark and I My first band was with my brother Mark. He was blind at the age of 21, from Juvenile Diabetes at the age of 4. He died at the age of 32 in 1989 from complications of the disease. He was a fine drummer and singer and I miss him a lot.

I continued to play in the band with Rick Martin and Joey Martin. Rick Martin, a great guitar player, died in 1996. Joey, Rick, Mark and Barb

Ken and Barbie; out of the box. Thanks for getting me out Mud! A friend gave me a harmonica in 1990 and that’s when I began to play harmonica and I have not put it down since. Maxie Mills and I - thanks to The Max

I met Kim Fields in Tacoma and bought his book "Harps, Harmonicas and Heavy Breathers". I met him again in Spokane, Washington at the Blues Society Harp Attack in March, 2002.
I moved to Spokane In 2000 and continue to go find players; a lot of good players, too many to mention.

Some of the famous people that have inspired me and I look up to are Little Walter, Buddy Guy, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Kim Wilson, Etta James, Sugar Blue, James Cotton, Lee Oskar, Z.Z.Top, John Nemeth, (From the Harp Attack); To name only a few. As for me, I am still singing; and as Kim Fields advised me, “I’m still blowing the back off of it”, SO STAY TUNED.
